Refund and Exchange Policy

No Pressure NetworkingTM offers the following refund policy in addition to the Terms of Service:

We offer a 90-day, money-back guarantee on all products and services purchased through No Pressure NetworkingTM.  If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund of the purchase price, less the costs of shipping and handling.

To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within ninety (90) days of the date of original purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

If returning a product, please be sure that all elements of the original item purchased are packaged securely in a box with a copy of your receipt.

Please allow at least 30 days for the credit to appear on your next credit card statement. Drop us an email with the following information to help us process the refund:

4. If you can supply us with a reason, it can help us improve our services (optional)
